Gratitude, like all of our emotions, is something we may have not really had time to feel into deeply.
Other stuff takes up our focus. Even though our day to day life is filled with things our ancestors would have felt extreme gratitude for, they tend to slip right by us without a moment of thankfulness.
It’s not because we aren’t deeply thankful, it’s just there isn’t the same connection to clean water and finding food as there used to be.
We are designed to connect deeply to that gratitude regularly to stay in balance and connected to our oneness.
